  Lack of air con made sleeping very difficult

  Liked: Location was excellent

  Disliked: We specifically booked to have air con due to my partners condition. We got there and got rudely told the air con was now heating. The filter of having air con should not apply when hotels do this.

  Poor service, not dog friendly as claimed

  Liked: Close to town and beach

  Disliked: This is not a 4 star hotel as claimed. It is tatty and needs updating. It’s a 3 star at best.

  We stayed one night as part of a boat trip. Couldn’t ask for a better overnight stay. Superb

  Liked: Great location. Very pleasant staff. Cleanliness throughout. Great breakfast.

ARRIVAL: 24H Reception

TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.

SERVICES:

A baby kit suitable for children under 1 year and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 33€)

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 20 EUR per pet and per day . Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. (maximum 1 pet per room)

-The Spa Area offers an access of 2 relaxed hours under an extra cost and it is subject to availability due to its limited capacity.

- Please note children under 14 years old are not allowed in the spa.

-The hotel offers daily cleanning and the towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days.
