  Excellent

  Liked: A surprise how good it was.Hotels close to main auto routes are usually scruffy and poorly run.But this was a very goid hotel.Clean,very nice rooms and very comfortable beds.The restuarant was excellent.Breakfast too.Also very easy to park

  Overall, we had a pleasant stay, although the morning reception staff could have been more welcoming

  Liked: The housekeeping service was excellent. The cleaners did a very good job.

  Disliked: The morning shift staff were not particularly welcoming. When we arrived, neither of the two ladies greeted us. We arrived at around 12:00 p.m. and asked if we could check in, or at least leave our luggage and have lunch in the dining area, as there were no restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, instead of giving us a warm welcome or offering assistance, we were simply told that our room would not be available until 4:00 p.m. because they needed to complete the check-out process first. At the time, there were no other guests at reception, only the two members of staff and ourselves. However, the gentleman and lady working the afternoon shift were much more friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made a very positive difference to our experience.

  My stay, albeit only two nights, was comfortable, quiet and very well supported by the excellent staff in the hotel. Eve

  Liked: This hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate but is very handy for the major routes in the area and the local town of Borriana with its excellent beach and amenities. Having stated the location, the hotel was remarkably quiet despite appearing to be very full. The inclusive breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold food. The serving area was, however very compact and with only one hot drink dispenser available, caused queuing for most of the time I was in the restaurant. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, despite the large number of people they had to deal with.

  Disliked: As stated above, the area containing the breakfast buffet was very small for the number of people using it, and with small children wandering around in there carrying drinks, I was amazed there were no accidents. Parking for the hotel was very restricted during the time I was there and was limited to the parking bays on the street, which on one of the nights I stayed were completely full, causing me to use the roads around the industrial area. From the notices inside the hotel, this is frowned upon my the Policía Local.
