The staff is helpful, as always. My only negative issue is your handicapped shower, the water splashes out onto the floo

Liked: It’s conveniently located for our needs. We stayed with you before

More or less clean, extremely noisy though - do not stay here on a Saturday night

Liked: The facilities were fine but dated. It looked like it used to be a nice hotel. It was located within walking distance from the station. Barring the long hair in the bath tub, it seemed generally clean.

Disliked: There was a loud party outside the hotel which lasted all night and didn’t finish until 7am. I slept approximately one-two hours. The windows weren’t sufficiently thick enough to block the noise out, and it was hot in the room, but I couldn’t open the window. This was honestly the worst sleep I’ve ever had at any hotel.

    Very good!

Liked: This hotel was our night stay on our way back from Morocco to Belgium. This hotel has a beautiful lobby with lots of amenities. A beautiful stay right outside of Villarreal.

Disliked: The breakfast could improve. In some pictures in Google maps it shows that there is a swimming pool but it is closed... We also requested an adapted room for people with reduced mobility and our request was ignored... We specified it in the booking message and later when the chatbot asked we requested it again. Useless chatbot, it could improve.
