Liked: The apartment was spacious and comfortable, ideal for a family wanting to explore Caceres. It is located in the very center, a 5-minute walk from the monument zone, and is accessible by car for unloading baggage. It's located on the 5th floor, accessible by elevator, so there's no need to climb a huge number of stairs. The property manager was quick to answer and help with any request.

Disliked: We were there in November. The apartment had mobile heaters and an air conditioning unit that could heat it up. However, when the heater was plugged in for a few minutes, the electricity went out. This is an issue that the property manager said they were working on so hopefully it will be fixed soon. The air-conditioning unit did not have an issue and kept most of the apartment warm, but in combination with the one-layer windows in the living room (all other windows in the apartment are two-layer so no issue), the apartment was generally cold.
