  Perfectly located, beautifully renovated high-quality and comfortable room

  Liked: Our host, David, met us outside the building, got us in and introduced us to all the facilities which included our own private outdoor balcony area. Our room has recently been completely updated and we felt it was great value for money. The location was perfect being right on the main square of the town.

We chose the Penthouse Apartment, with its soaring ceilings and oversized balcony overlooking the Plaza Mayor, and it exceeded our expectations. David’s warm, attentive hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome while preserving our privacy. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully appointed. Its modern Spanish style was elegant and comfortable, while the airy interior and spacious balcony offered a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the inspiring views. It also provided outstanding value given its quality, space, and central location. Just steps from Cáceres’s historic Old Town, the location is unbeatable. We loved its remarkable architecture, winding streets, and timeless atmosphere, as well as the city’s authentic, less-touristy character, which allowed us to explore at a relaxed pace.

  Beautiful, comfortable, clean, great location, wonderful host and staff

  Liked: The apartment was exactly how it was described and shown in pictures. It was in a great location, very clean, very nicely and thoughtfully arranged, the kitchen fully equipped and very comfortable beds. Most of all the lady who welcomed us was super friendly and took her time to show and explain and help us settle in.

  Disliked: I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

  We highly recommend this beautiful property. David was an excellent host, extremely responsive

  Liked: David was there at the property to help with luggage, give us the keys, and show us around. He was super helpful with suggestions, and very enthusiastic about the city, what to see, where to eat, and what to do. Our room had a terrace that overlooked the Plaza Mayor; we spent much time out there enjoying the evening and the liveliness of the plaza. The apartment seemed newly appointed, and it felt like a first-rate renovation. Beautiful all around!
