  Great apartment and location

  Liked: The apartment was spacious,clean and well presented. The location was great just 5 minute walk away from the beach. The host was also really friendly and helpful and sent us some tips on what to do in Cadiz. We will definitely stay again in the future!

  Liked: The location is great – close to the sea and in a mostly quiet area. The flat itself is spacious, with comfortable beds and a nicely sized shower. Cleanliness was acceptable (though not outstanding). Communication with the landlady was smooth; she always replied quickly to our messages. We were pleasantly surprised by the cooling: while it’s not real air conditioning(!!!), there were three fans (one in each room) that worked fine and kept the place comfortable. The patio was also a nice spot to see albeit not to visit (mostly closed with key)

  Disliked: The entrance door to the building was almost broken – sometimes it took us up to 10 minutes to get inside. Even the neighbours said they have the same problem, and the landlady unfortunately couldn’t do anything about it. The kitchen is very sparsely equipped: no large knife, no sieve, no bigger salad bowl – these are basic essentials in my view. We cooked a lot and found it very disappointing. The toilet seat lid was broken and kept falling down, which was a real hazard for our 4-year-old, who got hurt several times. Some parts of the flat were noticeably worn down and dirty (see photos-I got more but cant.upload more..), which is disappointing considering the high price we paid. These are small repairs that could be fixed easily, but it seems like they’ve been neglected for a while.
