  Noisy location, minimum effort, cannot recommend

  Liked: I liked that the location was central. The bathroom was good, clean, modern. There were two beds in the room. It had a fridge and microwave. It was 15 minutes walk to the main beach. An excellent coffee shop around the corner and two supermarkets one minute walk away. It is located on the edge of a pleasant square.

  Disliked: The noise. My apartment #1 is on the first floor overlooking the street and corner of the square. On weekends, the noise from patrons does not subside until after 3am. Then at 6am a truck pulls up and unloads with doors banging and men shouting. Then the neighbour across the street has a dog that barks from her balcony. In fairness if you are on a higher floor and out the back it will be fine. The apartment is above a restaurant with a separate access. One morning I walked through the corridor of a dozen dead or dying cockroaches and more outside on the street. So clearly a fumigation had happened. Now onto the apartment: The washing machine smelt so bad that I decided to use a laundrette nearby. The electric kettle lid did not lock into place and needed replacing. The soap dispenser is missing its spout. Although I stayed for 2 weeks, no towel change was offered. I fell through the seat outside because the cushion was placed over a hole. The owner said sorry and placed a sign there not to sit. I don't usually hand out a low score, but I didn't sleep through in two weeks due to the location. I was glad to leave. If I had my time over again, I would certainly have booked elsewhere.

  Great property in a wonderful central location

  Disliked: Poor customer service. When reported that A/C was not working properly and it was finally confirmed by maintenance staff, management did not anything to solve it

  Comfy well located apartment

  Liked: Very comfy apartment in the city center. Most surprising were the amazing windows, that cancelled the noise outside the window like a charm. The air conditioner kept the room nicely warm in winter. Highly recommend.

  Cádiz is absolutely beautiful, the hotel was great defo come back

  Liked: Very clean every thing you need. Good location loved it

  Disliked: Very difficult to find directions given weren’t helpful. I found 3 streets called Rosario took me over an hour to find the right place. Well worth the hassle, lovely place Would definitely come again
