  Liked: Beautiful place when you arrive, fabulous decor. Room was very nice👏

  Disliked: I didn't like that you have to pay extra for the use of the pool/spa area after spending over €280 on treatments alone and was charged an additional €10 because it ran over her time, which the treatment didn't have to be taken on???so this kind of baffles me??? We got no consultation forms before treatments with oils etc..which led to a skin reaction leading to no sleep in the beautiful room we had booked for our anniversary.The reflexology session was very rough,no warming up of feet. Lack of care to the client, treatment room was cold,not very welcoming,no relaxing spa music. no hot towels, She needs to explain the Abdominal massage to the client, as there could be recent surgery, or most woman have coils fitted.i felt myself the treatments were rushed and just done out of greed, because they couldn't do them the next morning. Due to Bank Holiday.. We expected a luxurious experience, but didn't live up to our expectations.

  Excellent location to visit tapas bars and cafes and wander around Cadiz

  Liked: Location as excellent, super clean and breakfast and staff serving breakfast were perfect

  Disliked: Room not as hoped for - asked to move but no alternatives-, staff at reception seemed cool - spa not working properly but to be fair they gave us a 50% discount

  Lovely hotel in a superb location

  Liked: Super location in the heart of the lovely old town. Friendly staff. Beautiful old building, stylish decor. We got upgraded to room 402 and had the most amazing 360 view from the roof terrace.

  Fabulous hotel

  Liked: The hotel is stunning and in a fabulous location. Breakfast is lovely, with a delightful host.. Excellent toiletries. We really appreciated the sound proofing, outstanding.

  Disliked: Arrival was very poor. We had had a long cycle and were tired. My husband stayed outside with our bikes. There were two staff members at two computer terminals in reception. One was checking in a new guest to a single room. Another guest was waiting behind her. So I was third. There are a lot of requirements checking into Spanish hotels, it is always slow.The staff member on the second terminal carried on with some activity on her computer. She did not explain why she could not check guests in, just ignored us. It's a small hotel, it is difficult to understand what could be more time sensitive than looking after guests. I waited almost 15 minutes. No apology. We were really fed up and cheesed off. We reported a non working light on the first evening, it was not repaired.
