  Liked: JULIE the female at reception is very professional and very helpful meber of staff for customers. Her smile and professional attitude inspired me.

  Disliked: No lift, the stairs are difficult to climbe. The breakfast is so poor.

  Wonderful location with comfy beds and very clean bathrooms and rooms! Highly recommend

  Liked: The location was really great, 10 min walk from the bus station and still right in town and close to everything. The closest beach was a 13 min walk. The beds and pillows were soft and very comfy. Staff was very nice. It was clean.

  Disliked: I hate how the light in the bathroom goes out after about 10 min. So then you’re just stuck in the pitch dark in the shower until you can step out and activate the light again. It’s really cheap. Just get a normal light. It’s not going to make me take my shower any faster. I have to wash my hair, shave my legs, wash my face etc etc. it’s not enough time. Please change this. It’s soo cheap to change.

The Caracol has three locations. The Main building Casa Caracol, the annex building nearby Casa Piratas and the apartment Casa Mina.
