  Convenient, comfortable and very enjoyable

  Liked: Clean, very comfortable, good bed and excellent shower. Kitchen well equipped even if we only used the coffee maker and fridge to have cool drinks. Although apartment itself is not front line the estate has got direct access to the beaches. The underground parking is a very convenient feature

  Disliked: Nothing really not to like. Perhaps some decor is a bit dated but not really to complain about and certainly didn’t bother us in the slightest.

  Well appointed apartment but a bit noisy. Easy access to the old town and shops

  Liked: We'll equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, nice shower. Toilet paper and shower gel for residents use. Handy for walking into the old town and tourist bus stop near to the apartment. Free underground garage was a bonus.

  Disliked: Situated on 6th floor of a block of apartments behind the sea front. The apartment above was noisy and you could hear when someone was talking and even when their mobile phone went off. There is a football pitch next to the apartment that happened to have a tournament for the whole of one day. Playing very loud music.

  A lovely apartment, perfect for everything we wanted to see and do in Cadiz

  Liked: A very conveniently located, with a nice walk along the sea edge to the old city. It was very useful to be able to park in the garage, although we didn’t need the car for our days out. The flat was clean and tidy. A good selection of supermarkets within a short walk. We would certainly return.

  Great stay in lovely Cádiz!

  Liked: Fran welcomed us in his lovely apartment with very safe underground parking. He was a perfect host and despite our very late arrival, he showed where everything is in the flat and how to access the building. The apartment is very secure and the parking is right under the building. Everything felt very secure and the flat is within walking distance of Cádiz centre. There are few nice little bars and restaurants nearby and the sound of sea is so lovely. The beach is opposite and really lovely. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The mattress was comfortable and the flat was quiet with only the sound of sea.

  Host Francisco was very helpful - gave lots of local information and accommodated our late arrival

  Liked: The apartment was very close to the beach.

  Disliked: It was set back behind a shore side block, so the sea view was rather oblique from three of the four windows.
