  Beautiful Cádiz

  The appartment was great walking distance to beach and bars.Close to attractions

  Liked: Eduardo was very helpful with showing us how things worked in the property.The unit had heaps of bits and pieces eg.washing detergent for washing machine,coffee machine and pods.

  Nice for a short term

  Liked: Nice Flat, really more of a bedsit, small but suitable for 2 people. Very close to beach which is great and also close to centre of old town about 15 mins walk. Bed was comfortable and pillows were also comfortable. Good newish TV was able to get Netflix which was good to watch at night.

  Disliked: Bed was small double bed more suitable for 2 children than 2 fair sized adults. Bed cover was for single bed so only one person was covered. Electric trip switch tripped fairly regularly. Needs attention. Some kitchen utensils old, like frypan should really be replaced. Lack of toileteries and again bath towels only suitable for children. No drying facilities for washing.

  Perfect location

  Liked: Fantastic location for the beach. Clean and well equipped. Friendly and professional host.

  Disliked: The air conditioning unit was underpowered and no match for the fierce heat but as we were only staying a couple of nights it was bearable.

  Liked: The location of the apartment is right next to La Caletta beach and some restaurants and bars.

  Disliked: The apartments is located in a very strange structured building where the windows of the kitchen and bathroom are facing the inner corridor of the second floor. It was very noisy - the residents were talking so loudly at 8am in the morning and it was impossible to sleep there. The apartments itself smells like mold, it was a bit dusty over the table and TV shelf. The host doesn't speak English and it was very difficult to understand each other when we met to give us the keys. The word which was important for him was "deposit" - required to be given upon arrival. He gave it back to us when we checked out. However, the price is high for the offered accommodation. A bottle of water and some coffee will be very good and not a luxury to be provided for the guests.
