  Fabulous Apartment in Cadiz City Centre

  Liked: Fabulous 'cute' apartment for staying in the city. Exceptional location. Safe and very secure. Great layout and lovely juliette balcony. Very comfortable bed.

  Would i stay here again, definitely not!

  Liked: Location is good, close to everything you'd want to visit, close to the railway station, literally 10mins walk.

  Disliked: Very tired in need of decoration, lots of gouges out of the plaster walls, cupboard door covering washing machine literally hanging off, typical IKEA all round, has a look but no substance. Very little cutlery and crockery, has a dish washer but you'd never use it because you'd never fill it as there's not enough dishes, cutlery etc. Only two small.cups for coffee, one medium one, very little cutlery. Don't be expecting to cook in!

  It is not worth the value and we would not book again

  Liked: The neighborhood and the air conditioning.

  Disliked: The bathroom constantly smelled of sewer system, whether we ran water down the drains or not. The wifi did not work for most of the time. The furnishings in the kitchen and living room as well as the walls, were all damaged. The dishes weren’t clean upon arrival. The building was loud. And the overall decoration/vibe of the kitchen and living room were not welcoming (lighting, furniture set up). The main reason why we booked and were willing to pay these higher prices were because it was advertised as having wife and a full operating kitchen. This is not true.

  Delightful airy, clean and modern apartment in a great location in central Cadiz

  Liked: Great central location in a lovely modern recently fitted out apartment. The host was very responsive to queries and provided good clear instructions.

  Great apartment in Cadiz!

  Liked: The location was excellent - right behind the ayuntamiento and the Plaza San Juan de Dios. Despite being a central location and during Semana Santa, there was no issue with noise. The one exterior window was probably the best soundproofed I have experienced in all of my stays in Spain. I wish all owners would have these types of windows in noisy areas. The bedroom had an interior window and I didn't hear any sounds at all from the interior patio and foyer. The bed was so comfortable too! Lina provided good detailed instructions on how to arrive and enter the building & apartment. I have been to Cadiz several times and used the Staymyway app so that also made it easier. Although it was contactless with the owner she was easy to connect with on WhatsApp. The apartment was spacious with plenty of closet space in the bedrooms with mirrors. The bathroom was also quite nice with plenty of counter space on the sink and storage underneath.

  Disliked: Because there's only one exterior window and that side of the street doesn't get much direct sunlight it was a little dark. But there's really nothing that can be done about this.
