Liked: The only positive thing about the whole situation was the polite young man at the reception.

Disliked: My friend and I were supposed to stay for one night. When we arrived, the room looked nothing like the pictures online. It smelled of mold and cigarette smoke, and there were used tissues thrown under the mattress. When I contacted Booking, they were helpful and spoke with the property, which resulted in them changing our room. They moved us to one in better condition, but to our surprise, there was an opened condom on the balcony. The next day, and even though they had agreed to let us leave our luggage there, the gentleman was not polite at all, and when we wanted to use the shared restroom, it was extremely dirty.
