  Nice location. A few updates needed

  Liked: Location was good. Not far from the beach, restaurants and the train station into Central Cadiz. Overall a nice apartment.

  Disliked: On arriving at the apartment the temperature was 35C and the AC struggled for a few hours to reach a comfortable temperature. The apartment is south facing so it would be sensible to endure this is running for arrival. Pots and pans were low quality and limited. Damage to balcony glass and patio is not a good look. Lack of suitable balcony furniture. Lift broke down a few times.

  Liked: Very clean and spacious Location great for bus, beach, supermarket Bathroom v clean but toilet paper so thin!!

  Disliked: Bedsheets stained and felt damp Lack of cooking utensils- few tiny saucepans without lids and not much else Outside area, cracked flags an eyesore & dangerous

  Great place overall, especially if a couple or have young children who fit well on the sofa to sleep

  Liked: It was super close to the beach, super close to the stadium where we had tickets to a concert, beautiful view, very modern and clean, and very close to parking lots (one totally free but outdoors and the last one you see as you go around the roundabout... it's run by the city but not well posted so a bit difficult to see).

  Disliked: I would have liked a little more toilet paper as two small rolls weren't enough for four people for three days... a bigger pot and pan to cook for four people as they just had the smallest size Ikea ones, oven mitts to take out our pizza, and a kitchen towel to dry the dishes and counter. And the sofa bed cab fit two adults but not comfortably. We have this same Ikea sofa at our village home and love it, but not for two adults all night. It's at the end of the city beach so you really have to walk a ways to get to the city centre (but there are lots of city buses super close and cheap fare).

  Great location near beach and short bus ride to the centre. Very comfortable

  Liked: Great location near beach, restaurants & bars and frequent buses taking 15min or so to centre. Spacious modern and comfortable, clean. Very quiet considering location. Relatively easy to find on ouskirts of city after google street viewing. We found free parking 'on the street' just opposite the building for the whole weekend.

  Disliked: Could have been informed in the booking.com info there was a 250e damage deposit - never had this before with a booking.com booking. We had a problem with (understanding) the code procedure for the 2nd door to start with. Seems by trying to enter the code it locked it and wouldn't open? After retrying it seems like unlocking the outer door also unlocked the 2nd automatically (?) so after we found that out no further problem.

  A nice apartment for autumn stay

  Liked: Very helpful staff, which came on site and prepared another apartment for us after we reported problems in the first apartment. Nice balcony with table and chairs for a romantic wine and tapas. Washing machine in the apartment Underground public car park for reasonable price close nearby.

  Disliked: The apartment that we booked was not available due to water issue, the replacement apartment was not clean and with malfunctioning air-conditioning. A sofa in the living room required cleaning or replacement. The apartment lacks a kettle - would be very handy for a morning tea. The owner requested a deposit paid by bank transfer to their account (not credit card guarantee) and it was returned over a week after our stay.
