  Staff tired of tourists and forgetting that their guests may only have one holiday a year and they should show a little

  Liked: The breakfast staff and the chef were very nice and accommodating, however, reception staff were poor at best.

  Disliked: There faulty garage caused us to have to leave the property on the second night of our stay. We booked the property because of its secure garage and the hotel took no responsibility for it being unavailable! We had bikes in our group that we would risk loosing in a port city…no bike no biking holiday hence our concern.

  Great stat, recommend the hotel, would book again

  Liked: Great location, central though also very quiet in our room. Very comfortable beds.

  Disliked: Small window with a view over apartments Also chose the hotel as it had a car park on site. It wasn’t working so had to park on a public car park The bed was also hard

  Excellent would thoroughly recommend

  Liked: Excellent location, very clean. Lots of lovely eateries nearby. Don’t worry about Parking as you can drop off you luggage outside hotel and drive 3 minutes away to a very reasonable priced safe open area gated car park by the docks

  Great location but could be nicer for the price

  Liked: The location is very good, right in the center of Cádiz making the whole city possible to explore by foot. The staff was incredibly attentive.

  Disliked: The sink was dirty either beard hairs from a previous guest. The AC is non existent as it only gets the room hotter and hotter and there is a ceiling fan that is not properly installed so it swings out of place and is very loud.

Please note that when booking 4 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note the Gadir Bar-cafeteria is open from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Breakfast from Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 10:30 AM and weekends and holidays from 08:00 to 11:00 AM. Breakfast hours from 22/06/26 will be from 8AM to 11AM every day.

Please note that Spa is open from Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00.

Minors (between the ages of 4 and 15) must go to the spa accompanied by an adult. The access pass will be between 10 am and 11:30 am.

When booking half board (Dinner), please note that drinks are not included.

Please note that Pets are allow with an extra charge. Please note that a maximum of one pet is allowed per room, with a maximum weight of 25 kg or less.
