  Disasterous arrival salvaged by great customer service from Marta

  Liked: I have stayed here before several times and have always had a great experience

  Disliked: We didn't stay in the end. The apartment was so disappointing (especially the private terrace, which was in ruins) that we contacted Tandem immediately to complain. Luckily, the Tandem staff member on duty (wonderful Marta) was absolutely brilliant and had us booked into a premium suite at a sister premises within the hour. Sad to see this once fabulous place fall into disrepair--but all credit to Marta for her exceptional customer service

  Great location

  Liked: Fabulous location, close to all attractions. The rooftop pool was a real bonus after a day sightseeing.

  Really lovely suites - fantastic, relaxing location for us to finish off a multi-city trip to Spain

  Liked: Easy to access the property (both front door and our room) with a code. Room/suite was a great layout with lots of space in the living area. Giant bed so sharing with my daughter was easy. The kitchenette was so useful and the provision of kettle and coffee machine was marvellous for those first cups of tea and coffee on a morning. The rooftop terrace and pool area were lovely to sit and read on an afternoon, although the pool was too cold for us to get in.

  Disliked: We couldn't control the air conditioning as per the instructions. The left and right arrow buttons did not move the marker along for us to be able to select the temperature. As it wasn't too hot in October, we coped and didn't need to run it much anyway. Another mirror somewhere would be nice - the only mirror was in the bathroom, so if my daughter was in there, I had nowhere else to do hair and makeup.

  Great apartment in Cadiz

  Liked: Beautiful apartment which was very clean. Marta was really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very centrally located.
