  Liked: Great location. Fairly easy walk to everywhere in the old city. Great and very helpful host, Etienne. He was easy to contact and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. (The market is well worth a visit). The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed, and there was a roof terrace upstairs. We had visited Seville before this, and like our room there, you could tell that a little extra care was taken here and that makes it stand out.

  Disliked: Only had 2 nights. Would definitely like to stay longer.

  Delightful 😊 wish we could have stayed longer!

  Liked: Everything!! The welcome from Etenne, the room, the rooftop deck. Beautifully designed and great location. Easy 20 min walk to train station.

  Liked: We had an excellent stay! The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The traditional building has been beautifully renovated, and the location was perfect for exploring Cádiz on foot. We stayed on the ground floor, which was convenient, although the building also has a lift. Etienne was wonderful at check-in and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, including beach umbrellas and a little tote bag as a gift. We'd happily stay again!

  Liked: Good sized apartment, excellent cooking facilities, comfortable beds, furniture. Beach parasols provided, quiet area but close to beach and centre. Very clean. Met by the helpful host, a pleasant change from anonymous digital check ins!

  Fantastic clean and well equipped apartment of great character in an excellent location

  Liked: Just to say we stay in around 30 apartments a year while traveling and this one was the best this year. Cannot find a single thing wrong with it. We had the two bed on the 3rd floor, one flight of stairs from the terrace. It was October and we only used the aircon once during the day. The gentleman running the apartments is fantastic. There when you need him, full of advice if asked. The location away from the main tourist area is authentic and quiet. It’s a five minute walk from the fresh markets open 6 days a week and an enormous Carrefour open all hours. The building has been beautifully renovated and they have thought of everything, including an elevator. Internet very good for working if you need to. Excellent shower, really good towels, linen. Comfortable sofa in the lounge. They even provide beach towels - beach less than 10 mins away with soft sand. Excellent for a city beach. Highly recommend and we will return for longer than 6 nights.
