  Liked: Location was good.

  Disliked: Mould and rust painted over in bethroom and kitchen areas. Fridge door so warped it didn't close properly. Space between fridge and stove was filthy. Extractor hood above stove seized open. Bottom of door frames looks like they had been chewed, with hinges missing. As many people have mentioned water from all taps was salty. No water at all one morning.

  Liked: We had massive issues with the electricity which kept going out in our flat. The staff said technicians would come to fix it, at first they did but couldn’t fix it properly. Then we were told they would come again but they never did. We went to the beach for the day and came back to the same issue. We understand these issues happen but can’t say it was pleasant or convenient on holiday. Finally we got moved to a different flat and the only one available was a superior one, so we got upgraded. I have to say the difference between the two tiers of flats was remarkable so would advise booking a superior - cleaner, less dated facilities, better smell. The first flat really smelled of damp.

  Onc the rooms were fixed it was fine after that, except don’t eat there. The waiters haven’t a clue what’s going on and

  Disliked: Where to start. Got in late works up in the morning with two huge cockroaches in the room. Told reception. She seemed unsurprised to say the least. Said she would send someone up to spray them. I said are you joking we want a new room! Eventually after a loud Spanish conversation with someone else she turned around and said ok it will be in. A few hours. Came back in a few hours got the key went in to the room and it was un made from the previous guests. Went back again and just threw out another key for another room. Last time I ever ignore bad reviews for a hotel. Disgrace

  Really enjoyed our stay entertainment was good our favourite was the daily water polo. Food was very reasonable priced a

  Disliked: The aircon was ok but was leaking water in our room were my daughter was sleeping. On check out the shower facilities for use after checking out was very poor 1 shower in a locker room no where to change a mix of men and women wasn’t good atall.
