  Beautifully located and fresh hotel, not to the highest 5 stars standard

  Liked: Location, scenery, family friendly

  Disliked: Quality of food was average, basic interior of the rooms and very young and inexperienced staff although very nice people. Not five star standard for this hotel

  A beautiful, luxurious and unforgettable family holiday we loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

  Liked: We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the location is stunning, the food was excellent and the service was exceptional. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and professional. We especially loved how family friendly the hotel is while still feeling luxurious and relaxing. Everything was very well thought out and we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely come back!

  Disliked: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end and wouldn’t change a thing.

  Will remember this holiday and hope to be back again

  Liked: It was very fresh, nature was beautiful, food was delicious. It was the best balance of value and quality. Concierge service was very helpful. Restaurants were sooo delicious. Especially Beach Bar and Anaya restaurant. We felt ourselves very happy there!

  Disliked: We didn’t have any bad experiences with the property. The only uncomfortable thing was a bit of humidity which is not actually hotel’s problem, but climate issue. Also this summer is extremely hot in Europe. So maybe this is because of anormal weather conditions.

  Perfect luxury all inclusive for families. 10/10 recommend!

  Liked: The property is stunning and large and a perfect mix of family friendly and luxury. The staff is so friendly and the entire resort is just focused on making vacation easier for families. The food was good all around. The beach access was perfect. The service was excellent. Ambience was great. Our room was big and comfortable size for our family. Loved that we could rent a complimentary car and could explore the beautiful island too. We were so happy with this experience.

  Disliked: Felt like the whole dinner reservation situation was a bit complicated and inconvenient. We had to make all of dinner reservations in advance which is fine but switching times or locations was a bit challenging. we’d end up at the buffet more times than we necessarily wanted bc the days would unfold unexpectedly with the kiddos and none of the restaurants could accommodate quick time changes or last minute reservations. The food was good and kids were happy with the buffet so it wasn’t a huge deal but it would have been nice to see a little more flexibility there. still this wouldn’t negate me from returning - we really had the best time!
