  Our hostess Cecilia was amazing; she is not only an exceptional manager but goes out of her way to make you feel special

  Liked: We were very lucky to have chosen this charming boutique hotel for our last days in Mallorca. It couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is just right for Santanyi. Breakfast is served in a cozy dining room and is prepared and presented in the most elegant and inviting manner. The ladies who work there are always nice and welcoming. The room was comfortable and bright. Bathroom is modern and the right size. The entrance lobby has this touch of shabby chic that makes the welcoming experience feel more inviting. Cecilia gave us keys for the entrance for after-hours in and out convenience. We loved the place!

  A quintessential luxury Spanish style hotel in the heart of traditional welcoming Spanish town

  Liked: A very luxurious comfortable quiet hideaway on market day in the busy town of Santanyí. The breakfasts are wonderful and the room and buildings are exactly as you would hope for, very old style Spanish. The hotel is in the heart of the old town with easy walking access to all the shops, restaurants and alleyways.

  Disliked: Although not something the hotel can influence the tap water is presumably from a bore and is quite saline, drinking water is from bottles. A kettle in the room to make a coffee on waking would be very welcome, you would have to buy bottled water but a small price to pay really.

  Definitely return. Perfect location for the market and local beach excursions

  Liked: Deluxe villa was outstanding. It was a separate apartment with three stories. Kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, family room on second floor, master suite on third floor and a rooftop sunbathing area. Very clean and roomy.

  Disliked: We wish the hotel gave advance notice Santanyi tap water is salty and not drinkable. We didn’t know this before our arrival. The water is ok for showering and brushing teeth. The hotel provided bottled water. Be prepared to get a lot of water from the grocery store.
