Liked: Facilities were great. Room, kitchen, and bathroom are good sizes for a couple and even one child. We spend a couple of hiurs in the swimming pool area, very relaxing. Staff is superb. They are always communicating with us, making everything possible to make us feel supported. The location is fantastic, with easy access by foot to Cala Galdana and other beaches in the vicinity.
Disliked: Nothing really, bus a few suggestions: (1) maybe have a small stock of "survival " items, such as salt, a couple of more toilet rolls for long stays (more than one weekend), and handwash in the bathroom. (2) better control on the parking spaces, since some of the guests seem not to care about following certain rules. In summary, nothing critical, but would have made our stay even better.

Liked: Location and the swimming pool.
Disliked: The apartment was dirty, and all the crockery provided was of very poor quality. I had to wash everything again before using it. The mattress had stains on it, which appeared to be blood, and the bedsheet was so thin and almost transparent that the stains were clearly visible. The bathroom was not only dirty, but also became very wet every time it was used, which made it increasingly dirty and unpleasant. The bin was broken and didn’t even have a lid. The washing machine and tumble dryer were located outside the bedroom, which meant that the area was busy and noisy throughout the stay. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the apartment were very disappointing. Also, the television was extremely small, more like a computer monitor than a proper TV. It was not suitable for watching a film as a family, as depending on where you were sitting, it was difficult to see the picture properly.
Liked: Hosts are extremely welcoming and helpful, very professional service. The location is absolutely perfect: close enough to walk to the beach but not too close to hear any noise. Very peaceful (depending on your next door neighbors!). The washing and drying machines are also very useful, given the humidity levels of the island.
Disliked: The window on the living room could also have a sun blocker (as the one in the room), in case there are people sleeping in that division. The kitchen could also have a few more utensils, but the basics are still there!
