Great value hotel with beautiful views and grounds - rooms have been updated and are more comfortable than 3 years ago w
Liked: Beautiful property, well maintained!
Disliked: The cleaning staff works until 3pm. Period. We couldn’t pay to stay a few more hours on our last day because a large group was coming in and our room had to be cleaned between 12-3pm because the cleaning staff leaves at 3pm.

From Cockroaches to Elevator Chaos: A Stay Full of Unpleasant Surprises
Disliked: On the first night of our stay, we discovered cockroaches in the bathroom. We were disappointed that no apology or expression of concern was offered. A number of staff members seemed exhausted and lacked the level of attentiveness one would expect, particularly in the breakfast restaurant, which negatively impacted the overall guest experience. For a significant portion of our stay, the water temperature in the secondary indoor pool was uncomfortably low. The capacity and speed of the two main elevators were inadequate for the volume of guests, especially those carrying golf equipment. Consequently, many guests opted to use the stairs instead of relying on the elevators.

Disliked: Restaurant staff is a bit reluctant to speak english Forest/hill side rooms are above kitchen and technical area, which is a bit noisy even at night/morning

Liked: Lovely Hotel in a quite area, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was lovely, great choice. Would go back.
