  I had a relaxed stay, my stay was October x6 nights and for me excellent

  Liked: Location to a bus 2 minutes, walking distance to beach 25 minutes. Staff so helpful in all areas! Food fresh and full of variety. Jym well equipped.

  Liked: All the reception and restaurant staff were very welcoming and professional, the room was comfortable too. Very relaxed atmosphere.

  Disliked: A housekeeper walked into our room with her card, didn’t wait for an answer, we were both (my partner and I) unclothed but luckily I had just put a Tshirt on, my partner hid behind the corner, it was a very uncomfortable situation, all she said was that she came to bring extra water, I kept saying no need due the surprising and uncomfortable situation but she kept insisting, it was very strange to say the least, felt like she wasn’t expecting anyone to be in.

  Relaxed hotel with beautiful grounds

  Liked: Nice modern and relaxed hotel with beautiful grounds between pine trees. Overall a very pleasant experience. Breakfast and dinner was tasty with many options to choose from. Bed was on the softer side but still comfortable. Good location not too far from the beach and port, large supermarket next door, also public transport stops just outside of the hotel. Animation girls were fantastic and the evening concerts were great.

  Disliked: The odor of paint upon entering the room the first day. The room itself was very basic and on the smaller side. Large pillows were of terrible quality.

  Liked: Clean, spacious room, hotel is well laid out around a great pool bar area. Staff very helpful and happy, breakfast and evening buffet were delicious
