Beach Trip
Liked: It is right on a great beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There are a variety of accommodation options and the staff are helpful. It was quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: The bathrooms could be more maintained.
Liked: All was good. And pizza's taste very good.
Really enjoyed by stay, quiet and in front of beach
Liked: I loved the location of the campsite. The beach and the sea were wonderful and the town too. I also went to Tarragona and Barcelona during my stay which were both very enjoyable.
Disliked: I liked everything, the little shop, the pizza restaurant, the comfy bed too.
Be careful travelling with a dog!
Liked: Can't say, we paid and didn't receive our money back, couldn't stay because of our dog.
Disliked: We couldn't stay at this place because there was no information before booking that our dog is not allowed in the tent. I've checked all the information available before booking and there was information that dogs are allowed in HolaCamp Sant Salvador so I've booked a tent, during the booking I've checked the box that we are coming with a dog. After booking, I've received an automatic message about the stay and it was saying also that dogs are allowed only in some of the types of accommodation and the tent wasn't one of them. I've contacted the staff, first talking with AI, then waiting for the replies in so much stress, they told us that we can book an accommodation that is the double price of the tent instead so the dog can stay. I've asked them to cancel my reservation and send me the money back as I was confused by the information they've put on Booking, I've sent follow ups, NO REPLY, NO MONEY BACK. We had too much stress because of this whole situation, travelling with two kids and a small dog from Poland to Alicante, Spain, we had to drive all way long from Italy to Alicante without staying a night. This is the first negative comment I put on Booking, please be careful with this place if you are travelling with a dog.
