Overall great camping experience
Liked: Great concept. The tent has all basic necessities one could need. The camping area is quite pretty. Toilets and showers much cleaner than in other camping resorts I’ve been to. The restaurant is a nice bonus.
Disliked: Unfortunately the tents aren’t completely „ant proof“ meaning that the ants can enter through little openings in the corners of the tent and also the zippers. It didn’t take overhand, as we made sure to not leave open food around, but it was still a bit too much for comfort, especially when they walk over your body while sleeping. It was manageable for the two nights but I’d definitely urge the administration to find a solution for that.
Unusual to have a good camp site in such a great location, close to the beach and town. We had a great stay

Disliked: For the money every tent should have a fridge…it is really needed! More sun beds and parasols needed around the pool. No communal cooking area
Good camping in Calella de Palafrugell
Liked: I liked the comfy bed and the facilities that allowed me to cook and had food in the cabin. The shower was very good as well. The surroundings were quiet at night and overall it was a good stay. It felt cosy. The location was great, just a 10 min walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. I cannot comment on the rest of the camping as I did not use the share facilities because I have my own bathroom, but from the outside they looked very well maintained and clean. Plenty of showers, toilets, and sinks to wash your own cutlery. I only had drinks at the restaurant, so the same goes for that.
Disliked: There is no A/C so the cabin gets super hot and the fan is not enough. For the price you pay for a cabin, I think they should have A/C. It would be different if you are staying in a tent. The curtains didn't block the light either.They could also specify more where the cabins are located within the camping, as it is quite big and it was a walk to do with suitcases/backpacks, so to consider it in case your back can't take weight (as in my case due to an injury). They were ants everywhere, which I understand as I was in a camp site, but maybe to have it a little more controlled? Overall, I think the camping is great, but the cabin concept needs to improve a little bit, again based on the price (same as a hotel room in the area).
