The stay was just what we expected the only negative was that we requested a room with a double bed but were given 2 sin
Liked: Location was excellent and the hotel was always clean
Disliked: Liked everything about the property.
Good location, staff and facilities - let down by terrible beds!
Liked: Good ambiance and very good staff
Disliked: The beds are terrible and uncomfortable as so firm. The manager provided a memory foam topper. The Gym had great equipment, however the very loud hose music was terrible
Smart hotel choice at Calp
Liked: Upper level room with sea view was moderm and clean. WiFi well working. Bed & mattress was confortable. Made-on-site kitchen was nicely preparing variaty of mixed meat & sea food. Enough sunbeds at pool. Some free parking spots at front of hotel
Disliked: Even room was nice and recently updated, there was missing some basic things e.g. water kettle. During the rush time waiter service was waited quite a long time ( approx 15... 20 mins)
