Fabulous
A lovely hotel in a superb location opposite beach with a great beach bar, very close to restaurants and bars but not no
Liked: Superb location, right opposite the beach and close to restaurants and bars. Lovely breakfast although gluten free bread rather than rolls would have been preferred especially as they supply a separate sandwich toaster. Underground Car parking close to the hotel. Side sea view balcony was lovely. Mini fridge in the room. Fantastic shower. Lovely small pool on 1st floor with sunbeds.
Disliked: No kettle or coffee making equipment in the bedroom. Coffee was available from the bar but no trays available to carry it to the room therefore a coffee got smashed trying to open the lift. The bath towels for our first nights stay were stained and had small holes in them, thereafter each day was fine. Although breakfast was perfectly adequate, refreshment of some items that had run out was a little slow. They appeared under-staffed as had to collect pot of coffee & milk from the bar, together with milk for cereal although nobody mentioned this. The underground parking had a remote control which had to stay at the hotel, so if you were going out for the day you had to collect your car, return the remote control and then collect it again before parking your car which was a bit of a nuisance.

Disliked: Breakfast time needed more staff. We had to wait and wait for selection to be replenished but good food when it did arrive. Cld have done with more fruit options.
Lovely location, lovely comfortable room, some of the staff very friendly; not great breakfast
Liked: The room was great and seemed really well sound-proofed. We both much appreciated very much having a ceiling fan (preferred to air-con). There was a lot of noise late at night and into the early hours but with the windows shut and the fan on it was absolutely fine. Beds were very comfortable, it was perfectly clean. The location was great for us, just across the road from the promenade and a lovely beach. I enjoyed the pool, which had comfortable loungers by it. It could have done with some parasols as later in the day there was no shade (other than in a bit down the steps. Two of the receptionists were both consistently very warm and friendly - I'm sorry we don't have their names, but one of them posted letters for my travelling companion and the other young woman had dark hair. Makes such a difference when travelling where the language is not your own. Another lovely woman serving during breakfast was always friendly and full of smiles.
Disliked: As someone following a vegan diet the breakfasts were disappointing - and I always book somewhere that seems to offer a good breakfast. A note from the hotel prior to arrived asked for any special requests and I messaged to ask for plant-based milk, margarine and yoghurt; none of which were freely available. Soya milk was available but each of the four mornings we were there I had to ask, using a translation app on my phone. Other hotels in Spain have provided these things straight forwardly, but not here. The buffet area was at times chaotic with small bowls of fruit (not a great variety) and only two jugs of juice that kept running out. People were milling around and asking for more of this and that and the staff were kept very busy refilling. We were served half-full coffee jugs and had to again ask for more. It didn't have the abundance of other places I have stayed. I did express my disappointment at the end to a man on reception, but didn't received any response. A couple of the staff didn't smile and it sometimes felt like we were being a nuisance - that might not have been the case - maybe they were having a bad day.
Nice, well equipped hotel in an amazing beachfront location
Liked: Amazing location just opposite the beach. Car parking available very nearby with a drop off bay just outside the hotel door. Good rooms which were clean and well equipped. Little play area for children at the entrance.
Disliked: Breakfast service was incredibly slow with tables not being cleared quickly meaning it was hard to find a table during peak time.
