  Super nice apartment with very nice hosts and cleaning, perfect for summer holiday

  Liked: The apartment is really nice! It is not new, but super well maintained and had literally every equipment you could this about! The living room is huge, the balcony is nice and looking at the port. To our surprise, the cleaning lady came in every day too!

  Disliked: It would be evident from looking at Can Picafort in the maps, but basically you don’t have direct sunlight is the apartment - the sun rises already above the mountains and not from the sea - perfect for hot summer months, but in the autumn I missed the sun a little bit… Another thing is that we parked behind the building (quite a lot of space fore free parking there) and it was okay most of the days, but one night I think we parked at some neighbors place and he was not happy with that 😆

  Liked: Overall the stay was nice and I didn't had any challenge with communication with the Host. The location is also nice with front facing view of beach. The location was not fully crowded with tourists which some people prefer.

  Disliked: The AC in the Bedroom was not working and host was made aware of this. I think it is one time issue and AC needs gas refilling. Host promised to get that fixed after our stay.

  Fantastic well located place

  Liked: We had a great stay at Casa Catalina. The flat is wonderful. Tom was very responsive to all my questions and extremely helpful. Check in was easy, the flat was spotless. The living room is huge and cosy. The kitchen is great and has everything you need. Really comfy bed. Washing machine and dryer was a bonus. Nice see view from the balcony and the kitchen is the best part. 2 minutes walk to the beach. The place looks exactly like the photos. Pili the housekeeper is a fantastic lady, very friendly and helpful and happy to offer daily cleaning service if you want. Thanks again Tom and Pili for being so accommodating. We would definetely love to stay again if you have us.

  Disliked: We needed to be very careful with the ants in the kitchen but I guess is a common issue in several places in Mallorca.
