  Liked: The hotel is amazing. The room was clean and beautiful. Great breakfast and dinner with a lot of options. Staff is super helpful.

  So much potential, but needs upgrade desperately

  Liked: Its good beach location, with beatiful access to the beach and well kept garden with two outdoor pools and kids pool. The sunbeds around kids pool have fantastic seaview.

  Disliked: Its very oldfashioned, with outdated furniture, totally not respecting needs of modern parent (too much fake marble and pink hues, no table for laptop or work, terrible storage space, ugly kitchen corner and bathroom resembling eighties and nineties. The kids club is a joke, and the fact that they put younger families to studios on southside, where the aircondition exhaust are is a CRIME. Do not go there. You will melt, you will hate the cheap food they serve.

  Basic and offerings not for the star rating of the hotel

  Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean.

  Disliked: The buffet was not that good, the quality of food and offerings were poor. The playground for children was very small and old. The slide, swing and other toys were full of rust and very dirty which entails a lot of risk especially for smaller children.

  Fabulous Staff, Great Room, Not so great on the buffet food

  Liked: The staff were amazing! both in the bar and the buffet. The entertainment was outstanding The pool was lovely

  Disliked: The food in the buffet was bland and not great, given how expensive it was. The beach was a bit disappointing, I realise that there is not a lot can be done about it, but it should have been made clear in the hotel advertising.
