  Lovely hotel, great food and super efficient staff

  Liked: Clean rooms and public spaces. Friendly, hardworking staff throughout the hotel. Great variety in the buffet. Alcoholic cocktails were hit and miss.

  Disliked: No staff supervising the spa area, with children under 10 entering the sauna. Other guests not observing sauna etiquette by not using towels, leaving the wooden slats wet - despite it mentioned on the regulations.

  Excellant, perfect stay

  Liked: Location was excellant, room and view from the 7th floor incredible, staff very freindly indeed. I will certainly check availability here first on my next trip to Can Picafort

  Very pleasant stay, friendly staff, nice cool room at a good price

  Liked: It was very close to the beach, we had a great view of the sea from our balcony. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the pool was lovely, and the room was spotless.

  Disliked: Everything was ok for what we needed. The only thing was we couldn’t turn down the aircon but in 34 degree heat that’s probably not a bad thing!

  Comfortable

  Liked: Solo traveling and I felt safe even at night walking back from the England game. The Bed & pillows was super comfortable. The shower was amazing. The spa is cute. The staff are friendly. It’s clean and in a great location. Aircon was a life saver. For a 3 star I was happy

  Highly recommend for biking trip or summer vacation near beach
