  Liked: The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the beach. My room was very clean and had a large balcony with a partial sea view. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of both hot and cold options. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

  Disliked: Breakfast starts at 7:45, which is quite late if you’re planning day trips or want to visit other beaches in the area. The AC control panel in my room didn’t work properly. Sometimes, I had to switch it on and off several times before the AC would start. However, once running, the AC itself worked well.

  A comfortable stay

  Liked: Nice big rooms, friendly staff. Very near the seafront.

  Disliked: Being very near the seafront did mean having to put up with night time noise.

  Liked: Location... Also the early breakfast for the 312 was excellent.

  Disliked: Room was very noisy, street noise and other guests.... Quite confusing the directions to the hotel, with multiple hotels all together we went initially to the wrong one.

  Liked: Location is amazing

  Disliked: It’s advertised as an adults only hotel but there were children at the pool from the other hotels. You book an adult only hotel for the quietness at the pool so I was disappointed by this.

  Liked: Prenotato all ultimo momento abbiamo trovato una camera affacciata ad un cavedio chiuso che non aiutava il ricircolo d aria. Camera comunque spaziosa e confortevole, un po sacrificato il bagno ma comunque usufruibile. Letto comodo. Personale accogliente, buffet colazione soddisfacente. A due passi dal mare.

  Liked: I think if you want a cheap stay in a good location this place is the right one for you. It has a slightly oldish small spa facility as well, which for this price is not bad.

  Disliked: The spa was a bit outdated, and probably rooms need some refurbishment, too. First day the AC did not work, but then this got fixed. The selection/quality of catering service could be improved.
