  We loved it there

  Liked: The instructions for the key box was very easy to follow. Be aware that you are required to pay a deposit of 300€ through their website to receive check-in information. We received our deposit 4 days after we checked out. The location is wonderful, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, but still very quiet. Friendly neighbors. We always had the parking space right in front of the house. The house was very clean and had almost everything. The washing machine and dishwasher are great help. There were even clotheslines and pegs on one of the balconies. WiFi worked perfectly well. Previous guests left umbrellas and balls and that was very nice.

  Disliked: It would be great to have air conditioning in the third bedroom. We were also missing trash cans in the bathrooms, dish towels and cleaning towels in the kitchen. The water cooker would need to be descaled too. For us as a family, it wasn’t that a big issue that the bathrooms doors can’t be locked, but it would still be much more comfortable to have functioning locks.

  Liked: Good location near the sea, with plenty of parking nearby. Very spacious and airy accommodation. In addition to the description of the equipment, there is also a hairdryer and some umbrellas.

  Disliked: Air conditioning is only in the two upper bedrooms. Otherwise, only fans are available. There was not a single proper knife available in the kitchen (except for a serrated bread knife). I don't know about the upper one, but the lower bathroom is very poorly ventilated.

  Liked: Great location and awesome terraces. Although there is no parking on the property, there was plenty of street parking available. The house is nicely decorated. Huge house with lots of space.

  Disliked: There is no AC except for in the two upstairs bedrooms which makes the house almost unbearable during the summer heat. The floor is not clean. There are almost no basic necessities like oil for cooking, seasonings, extra toilet paper, extra towels, trash bags, trash cans, or shower gel and shampoo. We had to buy everything ourselves and leave most of it behind. The blankets on the beds are just sheets nothing else.

  Great property with a few minor issues

  Liked: Very clean, light airy and spacious. Felt very safe for our toddler. Location worked great for us, slightly set back from the beach but very easy walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and shops (including excellent supermarkets) also easy to walk to. Parking was a breeze right outside the front door. Kitchen was new and generally well stocked. The company responded to messages quickly. Access was straightforward and well communicated.

  Disliked: A few basics missing such as tea towels, new sponges/cloths, wine glasses. Before visiting we noticed there was no hairdryer on the list of facilities so we emailed the company and they confirmed none was provided. We double checked this as found it hard to believe, but they confirmed this was the case with quite a blunt response (basically "look at the list"). So we bought a travel one, only to find there was a hairdryer there! Wasted money and suitcase space. There is no bath (which we knew about in advance), so just something to bear in mind for families with youngsters. A basic baby bath would be appreciated.

  Nice place for families

  Liked: Very big house, very clean, perfect for families, with 3 balconies, close to the beach, bars and restaurants

  Disliked: Need to have more light in the house, it is very dark house Missing heating option in the first floor, which made it very cold in the times we were there, I assume gets very hot at summer times

  Great house for a family holiday

  Liked: Big, plenty of space.. quiet residential area. Very safe. Short walk to Marina and well connected with bus services for moving around Mallorca.

  Disliked: Only missing air con downstairs but not a huge issue.
