  Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The villa is really good for family

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this villa! It is spacious, comfortable, and has plenty of great common areas, as well as a lovely swimming pool. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you prefer cooking at home or having a barbecue in the yard. The location is also excellent — a beautiful beach (Bananas Playa) is just a 10–12 minute walk away, and there are shops, cafés, and a promenade nearby. The area is quiet and peaceful, which makes the villa a perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

  Disliked: There are a few things that could be improved. Some parts of the villa are starting to need renovation, particularly the terrace around the pool and the shower in the master bedroom. There is also no ventilation in the shower or bathroom, and unfortunately, the windows cannot be opened there, so it can get quite humid. Another small inconvenience is that for a one-week stay, only two garbage bags and two dishwasher tablets are provided. After that, guests need to buy more themselves. These are inexpensive essentials that are usually not sold individually, so it would be a nice touch if enough were provided for the duration of the stay.

  Liked: The villa’s location was great, and there was plenty of space inside. We were also happy that there were no cockroaches, despite some previous reviews mentioning them. Overall, the villa offers good value for the money you pay.

  Disliked: The villa could use some refurbishment, as certain areas look a bit worn out. The dishwasher didn’t clean properly, and some dishes left for use were not clean, which was a bit inconvenient.

  Villa needs some attention especially the decking, unsafe

  Liked: The Villa was clean and tidy although the pictures that are shown on booking.com do not represent what it looks like now

  Disliked: The pictures on booking.com are very outdated. The decking is not safe if you have young children as coming apart at the ends with nails not flat. Also loose decking and could do with some attention all round. The pool was not cleaned at all whilst we were there. The checking out tile is 10am with no option to stay a little later, even if paid. On out trip had to leave suitcase at a Newsagent who took luggage which was in town, 20 min walk, not great in heat and cost more obviously.

  Villa was good

  Liked: The Villa was lovely and well equipped. It was near to a beach, supermarket, park and a short walk to main nightlife.

  Disliked: We had a problem with the pool turning everything green. The owner came straight out to resolve it and he checked again later in the week. The decking around the pool needs repairing and the one bedroom marketed as a double is really small, with the bed pushed up against the wall. Might be an idea to swap it with the single beds.

  A great holiday had by all! 😀

  Liked: Air conditioning was fantastic and really necessary as outside temperatures were generally 34-36. The kitchen was well equipped and all the rooms and bathrooms were great for our family. we didn't hire a car but in retrospect wish we had as it was really too hot to walk any distance comfortably. We hired one for a couple of days very reasonably from a local company. The swimming pool was lovely and an acceptable size for our party. Big Lidl 10 minutes walk away. They don't sell charcoal so we couldn't have a bbq until we had a car to go further afield. had read other reviews saying nothing was provided in the kitchen so I brought some basics from home: washing up liquid, cloths, scourer & dishwasher and washing machine tablets but actually we didn't need these as they were provided in the kitchen already. Enormous fudge/freezer 5 *. Loved the walk-in wardrobe in main bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Bed had a mattress topper so was perfectly comfortable. The villa is on the side of a road but the fencing is high enough to ensure privacy and the traffic didn't bother us. We would definitely come back to the villa again.

  Disliked: The swimming pool wasn't cleaned at all while we were there and the water wasn't clear but quite turbid by the end of our week. Bring mosquito repellent. If you hire a car & choose to park in the driveway/garage it is pretty hard to manoeuvre in and out of.
