  Lovely stay- would return

  Liked: We loved the complex itself. All the amenities were well maintained. The various pool depths were perfect for our two year old to have a mix of independence and hands on in the water. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The complex itself was also quite secure.

  Disliked: While the complex was fabulous, the accommodation was somewhat lacking, though I can’t quite put my finger on why. The hotel was very child friendly but the room didn’t have child friendly cutlery etc, but this was minor in the grand scheme. Housekeeping wasn’t fabulous, towels not changed regularly without asking, soap not swapped till it was basically gone and just generally not what I would expect.

  Nice family holiday, good bus service, friendly staff and very child friendly

  Liked: Staff were very friendly and child friendly, nothing was too much or too little to ask for. The staff members from the kids club made our daughter feel so welcome, she loved having someone to speak her own language with and a special shout out to Maria from the kids club too - our daughter was completely besotted with her. Our son was too young for the kids club but he could join if we stayed with him and he also received awards for his work. We took half board, the variety of food was great, sometimes a little repetitive for young children. Soup was served everyday which was great for us as our son wasn’t feeling good the first days, so he always had something to fill his belly! The rooms were spacious and the main bed was comfortable, our sofa bed was a little less comfortable but they did adjust it slightly for us. Our room was always cleaned up nicely, the cleaning ladies were very friendly. Pool, animation and play area were great for families, evening entertainment does begin quite late for children (around 8pm). It would’ve be nice if they had some activities for children to do independently during the day, an inside “play corner” or the possibility to loan some toys (puzzles, blocks,..) for bad weather days. The kids club does run activities at different time slots throughout the day.

  I totally recommend it!

  Liked: The staff was super lovely and professional. The enterteiment for kids all time super great. All my resquest at reception were listened!!!!

  Disliked: All good good except to have more clarofocation about parking if it gets full

  Amazing family environment

  Liked: The staff members were amazing,especially in the bar and restaurants. The quality of food was excellent, cocktails in the evening excellent. Very friendly environment. We became like a huge family. Animation was excellent, and problem solving at the reception was excellent. I had only concerns about the indoor pool having a massive amount of chlorine in the water,jacuzzi didn't work. George,the lifeguard, was very helpful and friendly,but one of the young boys was just always sitting and chatting on his phone when the indoor pool was full up with people..Apart from this I'm absolutely satisfied. Thank you for the team for the hard work and for always smiling.

  Disliked: The bounce castle kept collapsing with kids in it. The housekeepers took the rubbish out only once a week and never cleaned the kitchen. Also entered into the room when my daughter was sleeping there even though I forgot to put the " no" sign on the door once. I think they shouldn't do that while someone is sleeping in the room.
