  Good apartment, horrible check-in. Car needed to get keys

  Liked: Good location, convenient appartement.

  Disliked: AVOID IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CAR. Check-in was a nightmare. The check-in website took 100 tries to work, when it finally did, we discovered the keys were in a village 10min drive down from Candanchu. The building itself is wrongly placed on the map so we had to walk around to find it... All super stressful and staff was friendly enough but did not speak English so in the end couldn't help much...

  Old, Broken and Unacceptable Flat

  Liked: This is a flat for two people there are only two beds and two sofas where a cat or dog can sleep but not a human. They are old, broken, dirty with a hole in the middle to be sure your back be broken too. Why this kind of properties are accepted by booking?????

  Disliked: Customer service is a WhatsApp giving you Instructions for payment that is not totally done in booking. You need to go to a website for checking, payment, and a deposit of 150€. When I called to inform about the state of beds they only said, ok, if you want to arrive early 3 p.m you pay however if you leave late 10.30 a.m you pay.

  lovely - thank you

  Liked: The apartment was really nice - great views. A lot of room for 4 people. Not sure about 6. Off season it was a great price.

  Disliked: We had to travel an extra 20 km to get the keys and had to wait around until the reception opened. We had already driven through France so it was not ideal. There was no Wifi.
