  Unable to check in remotely, stayed elsewhere

  Disliked: I’m sorry, but I was unable to complete your complicated check in by cell phone. I respectfully request to cancel without fees. If you decline to waive fees, I respectfully request to cancel full stop. Your complicated check in process was not explained when I viewed your apartment on Booking.com.

  Disliked: Shower is walkin type, but not designed for it. Water during showering gets easily everywhere. No equipment like floor squeegee.

  Very Poor check in proccedure

  Liked: Not much

  Disliked: It took us circa 2 hours to check-in with many failed attempts. You need to update your website and check in proceedures.‼️‼️ This was definitely not a good start to our holiday at all and very, very agitating. With luck, I had some charge on my phone and internet. Sofia came to our rescue and saved the day via whats app,thank-you ‼️‼️ Unless you change I can not recommend you.
