Exceptional
Disappointing
Liked: Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. They have done a fantastic job when renovating this historical building. However, it's quite pricey for what you get and you have pay extra for a lot of things that are standard in hotels of this category & price bracket. Furthermore, and more importantly service was very hit & miss. Although some staff were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful, there were others where service levels left a lot to be desired and others where they were even downright rude. Guest relations were a joke and assistance & information when trying to make restaurant bookings at the hotel were almost non existent. Bear this in mind when staying here as they are few other restaurants around. Hotel management need to realise that when billing yourself as a 5 star 'Gran Lujo' establishment this doesn't just apply to the building, it applies to the levels of service provided and here this hotel has been found severely wanting

Liked: 酒店的一切都很棒。周边环境很特别，酒店内部的装饰风格我很喜欢。整个酒店也让人仿佛穿越回20世纪初。工作人员热情，酒店的餐厅也不错。
Liked: Beautiful hotel, our room was great. Only issue was internet was nearly impossible to log into. We had to ask desk staff several times to assist and finally night before leaving we were able to get ipads on system. There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service on devices. Finally desk staff did something on their computer for us, said wait 15 min, but took about an hour to get wifi on devices. Staff at desk tried, but this needs to be fixed on a higher level.
