Liked: Room was satisfactory for a hotel advertised as a 4 star hotel. However room started to look dated.
Disliked: Staff in the bar was rude and not what one expected in a 4 star hotel. After a busy day I decided to have a coffee in the afternoon. I asked if they served coffee and said yes. I proceeded to sit in a large table. Smaller tables only had little seats not suitable for someone like me who is 1.87 m tall. However one member of the staff asked me to move to a smaller table to free the large one. There was only two other people in the very large room. I was not happy and then the "boss" being the bar shouted at me telling me that they needed the larger tables free if people arrived. Reluctantly I moved. They took a long time to bring the coffee taking into consideration there was no other people ordering. The room continued to be empty one hotel later. This is rude and not the way I am expected to be treated in a hotel.
