Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Location
Disliked: Cleaning equipment (broom, dustpan and cleaning bucket) was left visible in the bathroom, which was not appropriate for a guest room. The air conditioning was not working during our stay. The TV in the living room did not turn on, despite several attempts.
Liked: Excellent Location
Great location- value price
Liked: Excellent location. Large, bright apartment.
Disliked: It could use a little maintenance- eg a kitchen cabinet door was missing. The remote check-in process at a kiosk was a little annoying- it is at a different location (2min walk) and the remote call kept dropping. Took about 15 min to check in.
Liked: The staff were responsive and accommodating. Gave us suggestions of things to see as well. So helpful and friendly! Great location and had everything we needed for a short stay.
Plaza apartment
Liked: The hostess is very friendly & helpful. I had trouble finding apartment after picking up key at hotel. She came to help me after hours. For future ref, walk out of hotel, downhill across plaza. Not far on right next to Niki's. Excellent view of plaza & out to sea on 5th floor.
Okay, but needs some work
Liked: Great location in the centre of Vigo, convenient for amenities and exploring the city. Good access to harbour for trip to Cies Islands. The young lady on reception was accommodating and helpful, on arriving.
Disliked: Check in time said post 3pm, yet the hotel we had to collect keys from was unmanned for 'seista time', which was from 3.30pm. We were lucky we arrived just in time, as this was not explained to us in advance. Camino pilgrims arrive at different times, so we should have been informed of this very important detail. Air Con was dripping water everywhere after we turned it off, there was a mop abd bucket underneath, which led me to believe they know about the issue but haven't resolved it.
