  Liked: Great location close to Cangas. Great base to explore the Picos. With the windows closed it is really quiet (but see below the negatives). The kitchen was well equiped

  Disliked: Even if it inland, the night we arrived (early August) the aparment was quite warm and you could feel the humidity. There is no aircon, fan or dehumidifier. We opened the windows, but the apartment was literally 10m away from the main road. The road is quite busy, so the moment you opened the windows you could hear the cars approaching and then passing by you during the evening, some during the night and then again from quite early in the morning (4AM, close to non-stop from 6.30). During the summer I would definitely recommend if you can have a room on the other side, facing the mountains... or if they installed an aircon, fan,...

  Great location in the middle of mountains

  Liked: Great location, 5 min drive to Cangas and next to the roundabout to the Sanctuary. All amenities, clean, with free parking

  Disliked: It was peak season, so it was not cheap

  Good location well equipped apt

  Liked: location was good for cycling routes and access to Cangas d Onis

  Disliked: we forgot to check for aircon when we booked but the host provided a fan when asked. The host refused to tell us the key until we filled in the required Government check in information for all the parties but the online forms don't work for adding all the names in end the host asked us to send a whatsapp photo of the passport and he filled it in which we thought was a better idea. Also a kettle would be a good idea.

  Stressful

  Liked: Good location. Clean.

  Disliked: Power went off many times. Host did not answer the telephone number listed on Booking.com (he did respond to messages). After the third time the power went off (the same afternoon) I contacted booking.com which enraged the owner and he subsequently threatened me. I was very shaken by this and would not recommend anyone stay here. Booking.com has yet to tell me the result of their investigation. In addition to the power issues, the WiFi is slow and the kitchen is ill-equipped.
