Exceptional
Liked: Lovely guesthouse, beautifully decorated, clean and full of character. We enjoyed meeting Carlos and Humi and appreciated the suggestions they gave us for our onward journey on the narrow-gauge train - such a great adventure!
Disliked: The Booking.com description says there is a restaurant on site, but it turned out this only operates in the summer. Would be good to make this clear. However it's a very short drive, or a nice 30-minute walk into Arriondas, so not a problem finding somewhere to eat.

Liked: Lovely communal lounge and dining room (not shown in the photos). The river is a drive away. You are not able to walk down to the river from the accommodation as there is a railway track in between. Bed was very hard. Breakfast was good.
