  Good choice for families

  Liked: The location is incredibly convenient, with a stunning river view and easy access to downtown. It’s perfect for families, as each guest can have their own room, and the entire place is well-equipped. We truly appreciate the local sweets, coffee, and jam samples provided by the host. The communication was seamless, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.

  Disliked: Missing mosquito net, which can be annoying during the hot summer days. The soundproof could be better; we can hear the neighbors and people on the riverbank very clearly. The bathroom can easily develop an unpleasant odor if we close the windows.

  Amazing house in Arriondas

  Liked: David is a great host, super helpful and with great suggestions. The house is amazingly located near the river, you can walk around the town and be renting a kayak in less than 2 mins. We'll come back here next year.

  Liked: David met us when we arrived, gave a good intro to the apartment and answered all our questions about everything there is to do in the area. The apartment was in perfect condition, well located in Arriondas which is a great place from which to discover all the attractions of Asturias.
