  Nice hotel for couples/families

  Liked: The hotel is located in a green, super quiet area, in a walking distance (around 30 minutes) of Arriondas (with restaurants and supermarkets). We walked there every night. You must arrive by car and there are enough parking spots. Our room was big, decorated with a rural style, TV, private bathroom with bath, and a balcony with two chairs and a table. There are also common spaces where you can relax. It's perfect for a couple or family weekend.

  Disliked: The bathroom was cleaned, but not enough. We missed having a garbish bin in the room. The receptionist/cleaning lady was friendly, but sometimes talked too much and asked a lot of questions. Communication via Booking was a bit messy.

  Unhealthy and unsafe

  Disliked: What an awful experience we have had in this property. Unhealthy and unsafe place for customers. Rooms (photos attached) shows how this property does not comply with security standards such as mould on walls and wardrobe, and lamps burned with electricity issues. Also, there are smashed mosquitoes stains all over the room. Not recommended at all. Spoke with the owner about these issues but he did not demonstrated any interest about it. Hope Booking.com takes actions and does not offer this property, at least until the owner fix the facilities.
