  Easy check-in, great internet, and a convenient location for hiking

  Liked: Ruta de Cabrales had a good check-in experience and a great internet connection. It was also conveniently located close to the hike we were planning to do the next morning.

  Disliked: I think the only thing I would change is that, if we wanted to keep the windows open, it could be quite loud since the unit is right above the restaurant and people tend to hang out outside, right next to where people are gathered.

  Convenient location

  Liked: Location of motel was good. Parking was great. Convenient to restaurants and areas for hiking. The room was a decent size. We had no real issues. Which was good. Water was hot. Room cooled down with a fan and open window. There were heavy drapes to keep the sun out. The bar was pleasant and sold really good tasting cider.

  Disliked: Our room window was next to the picnic area - so keeping the window open meant not opening all the way to prevent someone from easily looking in. No safe. No fridge. And going to sleep meant we had to close the window earlier than we wanted. For two full days we never saw the reception open? The place is more like VRBO than a motel. The shower came with shower gel - but no wash cloth to use it.
