  Pleasant accommodation near a charming village on the ocean

  Liked: Nice enough room. Very clean with spotless modern facilities.

  Disliked: I prefer an onsite receptionist. When you arrive, there's a phone with an instruction to dial 9. A woman answers and she comes over from the other facility across the street. That was ok, but when I left, I assumed that booking.com had or was going to apply my card to the bill, as I think they always (or, I guess, usually) do. The receptionist wasn't there when I checked out, so I left a thank you note with the key and departed. But then I got a message that they hadn't been paid. Long story involving several emails and I'm still not sure it's finished, but it woulda been better if booking.com had just charged me, or if there was a person at the desk. Also I could have handled it better - if I'd known.

  Liked: Lovely room and shower. Breakfast overlooking the promenade and watching the poor people outside.

  Disliked: Only comment is pillow not comfortable for me, perhaps ok for others

  Liked: Clean and big room, bath inside, confort bad, location

  Disliked: A bit noisy, entry door doesn't have noise isolation. As result I heard everything, when cleaning service came to the room nearby and started to talk and make noises

  Lovely hotel and room, plenty water on offer. Breakfast at the sister hotel across the road and reception is just a phon

  Liked: Parking was excellent, located just one street from the beach. Room was lovely and bathroom very nice.

  Disliked: The bathroom extractor fan was very noisy! This needs attention. The linen truck arrived during the night a 3am and parked outside our open window at the front of the hotel, it made a terrible racket with truck doors and trolleys.

  A lovely stay in Ribadesella with parking and a pet

  Liked: The hotel location was excellent, and adjacent to the original Villa Rosario, where it was possible to sit on the loungers and have a gorgous view of the sea.
