Magical
Liked: Gorgeous surroundings. Incredible room.
Exceptional Parador!
Liked: Whow, can't recommend this Parador enough, it should be a 5 star, not 4 star hotel. Stunning monastery building, beautiful decorated inside. Rooms that are huge, infact a small suite. Excellent cafe and first class restaurant. Great on site parking and a secure garage parking if you want as well. Really helpful, friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here again

A unique stay in an historic building
Liked: Beautiful historic building, tastefully decorated in keeping with its original use, with information about its history. The extensive library was beautiful. There was good parking for our motorcycle.
Disliked: A little too far from the town and the breakfast seemed a little expensive.

Disliked: There were no possibilties to book any of the individual Spa treatments. That was rather disappointing as I was really looking forward to some massage.. the Spa itself was also slightly disappointing as the sauna was not that hot. I did enjoy myself though..

Comfortable and relaxing, excellent restaurant
Liked: The room was comfortable. Large and free parking facilities The food and staff in the restaurant were excellent.
Disliked: The hot-air ventilation system has a constant low rumble. We wanted to visit the adjacent vineyard, the staff were unhelpful and the printed details provided were insufficiently detailed as they do not specify the opening times so repeated 'phone calls, texts and e-mails went unanswered. The light switching was awkward to understand / use.

There is a covered car park that has an extra cost of 5 EUR per day.
Children under 7 are not allowed in the Spa. Children between 7 and 14 must access the Spa accompanied by an adult.
Please note it is convenient to make a reservation to access the Spa as there is a limited amount of spaces.
