The apartment was dirty,, the washing machine wasn’t working, and when I asked the host to fix it nothing happened. Als
Liked: The location is good, but so far this is the only advantage I could find
Disliked: Dirt, bed, the utilities, condition of the flat, value for the money
Apartment was dirty, poorly maintained and very noisy
Liked: Depending on which side you are assigned, you may get the stylish street-facing view shown in the property’s photos, or the less glamorous interior side facing a construction site.
Disliked: The apartment was very dirty and poorly maintained, with stained blankets, mould/dirt around the AC vents and window, cracked and marked walls, extremely dirty balcony windows, a broken drawer and a curtain rail coming loose. The fridge and AC were so noisy that we had to turn them off at night. There was also no mattress protector, only a sheet directly on the mattress. Basic supplies were insufficient. We reported these issues to both the property and Booking.com during our stay, but received ZERO response. I also rent a property, and this level of poor management and lack of professionalism is a disgrace to the hospitality sector. I strongly recommend that future guests spend a little more and choose another property rather than accept these standards.

Disliked: 1. It can be a little noisy early in the morning but it's not the hotels fault, workmen come and go as needed for local jobs.

Liked: Nothing in particular.
Disliked: The facilities could be improved, and the lift does not work properly. At times, the doors fail to open, remain closed, or the lift does not stop at the correct floor. It should be noted that we stayed on the third floor and had to carry our suitcases up and down the stairs on both arrival and departure. My parents are 74 and 75 years old, and without my assistance, I am not sure how they would have managed to carry their luggage up and down three flights of stairs. This is something that should be taken into consideration, especially for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.
Scam, the day of my arrival the host cancelled without providing an explanation
Disliked: The host canceled the reservation and simply avoided my messages, I was left without accommodation the day of my arrival, the host didn't provide any explanation aside that there was a mistake with booking.com, even though I had checked in online beforehand and my card was charged.
Accomadation was crap, cartagena brilliant
Disliked: Couldnt get in the front door as lock wasnt working. Half a day later we Finally got in to the flat and the electric went off for about 12 hours. Which we found out was due to a fault with the kettle which i got a electric shock from. No one has bothered to ask if i was ok even after they were informed. The next day we couldnt get back in for over one hour even after they sent mother out to check. They changed the lock that day. We were only staying two days due to our schedule, cartagena was fantastic.
