  Liked: Lovely large apartment in a good location.

  Disliked: Lack of information in the apartment. We could not access roof terrace and there was information on how to control aircon. Decor was very bland - the odd picture etc would make for a more lived in feel

  Great place to stay to tour Cartagena

  Liked: Location was perfect for access to streets around the port, as well as the Roman forum. Washing machine worked well on rapid cycle.

  Disliked: Not enough hangers and no place to layout a suitcase. No shelves or drawers for clothes.

  A spacious, comfortable apartment in a great location, with a very welcoming and responsive host

  Liked: Easy access to the building and apartment using the provided code. The apartment is very spacious and has excellent air conditioning facilities, which were much needed during a very hot August. The location is excellent, right in Cartagena's historic center. Most of the main attractions, restaurants, cafés and tourist areas are within a short walk, making it very convenient for exploring the city on foot. There is also a convenience store nearby opened late at night and supermarkets are at a 10-minute walk. The host left us a welcome package with snacks and drinks, which was very much appreciated, especially since we checked in late at night and were starving! The host was also very responsive whenever we had a question. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

  Disliked: One thing worth mentioning, although this has nothing to do with the apartment itself, is the smell in some parts of the neighborhood/city. Many parks, hidden corners, and passages between buildings had a strong smell of urine, similar to that of a public urinal. Fortunately, we did not experience this unpleasant smell inside the building or the apartment.

  Very nice apartment, just lacking some basic necessities

  Liked: 1. Excellent location. 2. Great that the air conditioning was already on when we arrived. 3. Lovely balcony, nicely shaded for an evening drink and relax.

  Disliked: 1. Virtually no where to put anything in the bedrooms, no shelves anywhere, only a few coat hangers in a wardrobe. 2. Only one small bedside table. 3. No bottle opener or corkscrew, very frustrating! 4. Despite arranging a 12 noon checkout, we were locked out of the apartment when we returned at 11:15am. Fortunately the cleaner let us back in. 5. The showers in both the bathrooms were faulty. It took 3 days for them both to be repaired. No apologies for the inconvenience!
