Liked: La disponibilité et l'aimabilité du personnel. l'endroit, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. le buffet du petit déj. et le bar-restaurant.
Disliked: La façade de l'hôtel est impressionnante, malheureusement la chambre que j'ai eu (je pense que c'est à cause du prix proposé par booking) n'était pas à la hauteur. Heureusement, il y avait la réception où j'ai passé la majorité de mon temps. Par mal chance je suis tombé en plein pic de canicule, chaleur avec humidité c'était difficile à supporter. Le système de climatisation qui utilise l'air conditionné était très bruyant et impossible à supporter pendant la nuit. Je pense qu'il y avait des chambres meilleurs avec balcon sur l'extérieur, mais elle n'étaient pas disponibles.

Disliked: Very odd hotel operated, it seems by people who have no clue how to run a hotel. Day after we stayed both of us developed a dozen red welts from bug bites on our backs, legs and arms.

Liked: restaurant as been recently renovated to a very high standard, all memners of staff where very friendly, Hotel itself could possibly do with a bit of an upgrade, great location, near bus staion and easy walk to cartagena marina
