Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: To be honest I really like the place and everything about it Especially the location, the swimming pool outside for the adults and the children amazing the restaurant was a bit too pricey
Disliked: The fridge in Ireland was a bit too high up and it was leaking there is no point of having a fridge in that room because we didn't even use it becouse of the leak
Uncomfortable
Liked: The air conditioning was NOT working as AC. To be able to spleep we needed to open the window (solution given by the reception ) but not noise of the cars at the high way did not let is to sleep.
Disliked: No Air conditioning and room temperure was hight to sleep
The staff is very rude
Liked: Only outside is nice but the rooms no and not clean
Unpleasant
Liked: Location
Disliked: Terrible experience - do not stay here. Despite being a 4-star hotel, our room had no working A/C. When we called reception in the middle of the night because we couldn't sleep, they claimed they were fully booked and could only offer a noisy fan. Forty minutes later (at 12:30 AM), they knocked on our door to say a room had miraculously become available. It took them 30 minutes to get it ready, forcing us to repack everything we had just unpacked in the dead of night. To make matters worse, I had to request the official complaint form (hoja de reclamaciones). Highly disappointing service and I do not recommend this place.
Liked: Staff were friendly, but managers is poor communication skills.
Disliked: I still have complaint outstanding and manager has not resolved.
Liked: Room is perfect, good breakfast, pool is nice, parking is so good
